Nude and negative spaces

Here's another mani that I didn't like but decided I'll share it with you guys. I've been seeing a lot of nail shields and nail art done using tape on Instagram. I found this artist who uses vinyl electrical tape so I had to try it out. I was at Daiso 2 weeks ago (for those of you who don't know what Diaso is, it's like a Japanese / Asian version of a dollar store wherein almost everything is $1.50 unless marked otherwise), and found a set of 3 PVC electrical tapes so I bought to see if it'll work. I have a pair of Fiskars scissors in the zigzag / chevron design so I gave it a shot. Like I said, I didn't like the outcome, but I'll share it with you guys. I hope you like it!

Spring Into Pastel

Hi there! I tried to remake mrcandiipants' fern design on my ring and middle fingers but it just wasn't working out so I had to think of something else. I've always been a fan of lavender and mint grind or any sort of mellow light shaded green, and when choosing a color to go along with my base color, I figured why not give it a try. I think I could've done better with the alternating chevron design, but I think this is good for a first try.

I have this habit of almost always topping off a gradient design with glitter top coat because it's so simple, and yet makes the gradient pop. I hope you like it!
